Longer front shock asorber bolts

Post by leyther8008 »

Anybody know a good supplier for these (without recomendation of course) I assume they are 3/8 BSF I need some about 1/4 inch longer because of the plates supplied with a shock asorber kit.
I'll see you on the otherside'!

Try ESM or BM, these bolts are normally supplied with the shock absorber kit. If they don't do them separately they will know who supplies them. Jonathon at JLH will also be able to help I would think.

That 'sandwich' plate is a poor design - I wouldn't use it!! And - does it move the whole damper forward by that 1/4" you mention ?? If so - it's changing the king-pin inclination - very much for the worse.
