Sorry only have the hardback book. Probably get into trouble if I start photocopying it. It is available from the MMOC cost £25.

I can seriously reccomend the book, best minor book i have and a must for anyone doing concors. Even though I am a member of the MMOC, as i'm not in the UK i found it cheaper to buy from a local distributor (because of the freight cahrges).
