Hey all, Ive just retrimmed my parcel shelf (£4.99 /m for cream, leather look vinal). Went to refit yesterday and it seems ive lost my marbles. I thought that the bar ran the width of the car and bolted directly to the a posts in one of the threadded holes. apparently not, is there a fitting that goes between the A post and the steel bar in the shelf? if so has anyone got any pics?

yes there are 2 pear shape pieces of metal with 2 holes, i do have a spare pair if you can not find yours, mine came from a 63 car
