Cursing the fact that the car is sat in a 3 inch deep puddle, and listening to the rain...

I've spent all weekend cutting, grinding, and welding in the pit under the garage. The weather has been very windy but dry up here, which was good because the pit fills up with water when it rains.

Cheated today and used the fact that work was empty as an excuse to get the 4 wings 2packed.
It was topcoat today but the weather still managed to try and break in under the workshop door, At least the water kept the dust down

Cursing - I said I'd take the thermostat out of the (sold) Viva so the guy can just run up to his home tomorrow, hopefully without any overheating problems. Did that in the rain, and switched it back to incandescent bulb indicators (since for 400 quid you don't get LED ones ;)...
Was going to do some jobs on the DAF (which I'm working on backwards, because the welding, in this case, comes last); but I can't, 'cos of the rain.

Grrrrrrrrrr

I'm annoyed.
We've had some lovely weather in recent weeks and I was stuck inside revising. My exams finally finished on thursday giving me lots of free time but suddenly the weather went all horrible and I have less than a month to put the car back together ready for the national.
Grrrrrrrrrr
