can you buy new ones that are made for them? or do you have to modify later wings to fit? just out of curiosity, as mine are a little "tired"...

It's not too difficult to modify later ones. Use your originals as a pattern, lay them on the new ones and scribe the edge. Trim out the surplus 1/2" away from the edge and then trun up the flange, either with a swager, or jenny, or by hand with hammy and dolly. Little bit painstaking, but quite satisfying. I've done a few and its a reasonably pleasant job!

Well it depends how confident you are with panel beating. Try cutting out a wheel arch shape on a scrap panel or piece of steel, then try turning up a flange. If you can make an acceptable job of it then fine, or if not you'd have to get ones from a specialist.

New ones not cheap, might be worth having a go?
