Time for that new head

I bought one last year. A standard 12g202, with the hardened valve seats.
I'm making it my priority job for this summer.
So, could anybody advise as to torque settings, (both imperial and metric if poss.) etc. I need to be armed with as much info as possible.
I did have a Haynes manual, but I'm buggered if I can find it now...
