Hi
I'm ordering some cellulose from:
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Nu-Agane-Car-P ... fpZ0QQtZkm
ie from their shop in Bedford. Not on ebay.
I'm happy to collect some and take to the National if anyone would like that.
Not huge volumes ---- only 918cc
Let me know before calling them and ordering.
Would be good to do something for somebody else for a change.

I did consider using this supplier as it is not that far away, but must admit the £10 collection fee and delivery conditions ( one attempt at delivery only) put me off.
There is another supplier on E-bay from Sheffield who is slightly cheaper and does not seem to impose these delivery restrictions.
But of course you never know until you actually do business, the most important thing being colour match.
Let us know how you get on and the real cost

I have no experience of buying paint from them. They are extremely helpful with advice though. I inquired about buying celly in aerosols using a BMC paint code. They were happy with that but suggested I take the car in to check with the swatches as well.
Might be an idea for you to call them to work out the cost. No delivery charge if I collect it for you.

Anyone who charges a fee for you to collect doesn't get any business from me.

Just tried to phone them. What's all this about paying to collect?
Is it if there is a failed delivery?
Copied from ebay web site:
We offer a next day delivery service using City Link on all Flammable/Dangerous goods as we are unable to send the via the post. Different services to suit time and dates are available at extra cost. Please contact us before ordering.
1 attempt at delivery will be made. You may pay for a second delivery before the order has been sent, and if the order has to be returned due to us due to a failed delivery then also a fee applies. Please make sure all boxes are there before signing. If you have missed your delivery, please contact City Link directly to arrange collection within 3 days of being carded to arrange collect before it is returned to us. Collection from your local depot is available if you would prefer - please specify when ordering. Collection from our Bedford based shop does have a flat rate fee of £10 regardless of order size. Orders by post will have to be left for 15 working days before we are able to make a claim.
I phoned last week and they didn't mention this. I told them I'd be asking if anyone else wanted any and I could collect to take to the National. ie you would phone and order/pay [sorry I can't afford to pay up front] and I will collect.
If for any reason I couldn't make it, I'd make sure the paint got to the rally.
A reliable source just pm'd me with:
'I suggest you get NuAgane to put some of your cellulose into aerosols he does a deal 3 for 2 or the like for big cans with good spray heads. Then you'll have a touch up that matches!
I get all my paint and stuff from them - I bought a big bag of teashirt material for polishing last time I was in the shop for a fiver'.
I'll phone them next week and clarify if anyone is interested.
