Will Any other Wheels fit?

Hey. Borris(My minor) Has wheels that are fine but i dont like thoase hub caps that only cover half the wheel(Not including the tyre). But i like the alloys you can get. But heres the deal. I saw an old MG today with alloys that looked teh same?. So can i fit alloys for other cars to my minor?. If so wich cars and what are the estimated price?.

The problem with the Vauxhall ones is that they use a smaller stud size.

Jensen Healey wheels fit as well, but to be honest they are horrible!
