Hello Everyone,

I Am a 19 Year old electronics technician in Lincoln, England.

I have recently become interested in the Morris Minor and am looking for one which has seen better day as a project to make look nice and tidy again.

Unfortunately i know very little about these cars and therefore you will have to bare with me for a bit while i familiarise myself with the different models, specs, terminology etc.

I am able to do minor car repairs and replacements on cars and have knowledge of the internals of a car, but probably only enough to get me by.

I currently drive a 1994 (L) VW Polo 1litre

Thank You All

Hi Nerox, welcome! The best way to learn about these cars is to talk to owners. We have a Lincolnshire branch. Contact Dave Charysz
on 0one55two 868four37. They meet ist Monday of the month at the Railway Inn, Kirkstead Bridge, near Woodhall Spa. They may even know where there are local cars for sale.

No, of course not! I suggest you give Dave a ring first - just in case
they've decided to do something else - sometimes branches go on a road run first.

That's a good introduction to DIY mechanics. If you have any questions on that too, fire 'em over.

Like other branches to come along to our's you just need to have an interest in the cars themselves you dont need to actually own one.
Your local branch is a very active one so there should be plenty of advice available and one of the members Mike Dean has a website.
