Hi,
I'm rebuilding my 1098cc engine and I wonder should I replace the orignal Camshaft(good condtion) with one from MG1100 that I have?

No - it's exactly the same! What is better is a cam from a 1275 MG Metro - but it needs a different (and much better!) oil pump.

replace camshaft?
