Join the national club and you can buy a Tech tips manual from the club. Morris Minor parts suppliers also sell the old Haynes manual (which is much better than newer car haynes manuals), plus BMC worksjop manuals are available from car shows ebay, your local branch etc.

Oil- the Minor takes about 4L of oil in the engine, and about 5 or 6 L of coolant in the radiator.

The sump capacity is 6.5 pints Use (20-50 oil).
The cooling system uses 8 3/4 pints plus 1 pint if you have a heater fitted. Fill to within 1 inch below the BOTTOM of the filler neck.

The manual is (or was) available on line. Dunno what the linlk is but someone will come up with it! Old haynes manual for the Minor is typically £1 or maybe 2 on ebay - has some 'howlers' - but generally it's pretty good. When changine oil be sure to also change the oil filter - and it usually takes a full can of 20W50 oil (4.5 litres these days) including the filter. radiator - just fill it up - any excess will soon find it's way out. You need to ask WHY it was dry - is there a leak ? May be an indea to give it a good flushing out with a hose - and then fill with fresh water and some anti-freeze.
