Can anyone help please
I am rebiulding a pick up unfortunately the previous owner used a metal sheet to repair the floors and cab back.
I have a replacment cab back and new panels to fit to the bottom and new floor and sill panels but because I have no definate 'lines I 'm not sure where to start!
Can anyone who has done this please help me to get started? :-?

You should be able to use your inner sills to work from - even if it means taking off the sheet metal that has been used to patch, if not, work with it mounted to the chassis to get the right fit then everything else should fit into place.

We have the advantage of having a full chassis as a basis as opposed to the car owners with the floor being part of the structure.

Thanks fweddy,
Unfortunately the sills werent much cop either being 5mm steel angle!!
I decided to start by cutting the floor out and positioned the new one using the gearbox cover holes as a guide. So far so good keep you posted.
