Taking the plunge on a Tourer????

Seen what looks like a reasonable Minor for sale on a MM website, not this one I am ashamed to say.

Its a 1960 - white with red roof Tourer, 950cc. They are asking £3500 for it. From the pictures she is not perfect, looks to have had a respray which has not included the engine bay at some point but does not look recent due to a few blemishes and the odd bit of rust on door etc. Had the head worked for unleaded, no seatbelts but said otherwise rot free and ok.

What do you guys think about the price as this is about a couple of hours drive from me and to be honest I would not have a clue what to look for anyway so would get it properly inspected if I decide to go ahead.

My main worry/concern is the 950cc, I was really wanting a 1098cc. How does it drive with modern traffic - am I going to be holding everyone up with it?
