Two dreaded words. "Web Rally"
I was thinking late april/early may. Maybe Brooklands or The new fancy look Gaydon?
I was thinking of somewhere in Southampton but thought there would be too much flack
and if anyone wants to do something different feel free to Organise

Gaydon would be more practical than Brooklands for us northerners.

I could probably arrange for it at Bo'ness Steam Railway ???? Seems only fair it should travel round the countries of the UK !

From my POV its going to be a Sunday. End of discussion on that.
If I ring up Gaydon and ask if we can have a dedicated parking area for the last Sunday of April - the 27th any objections?
The Museum is open from 10am to 5pm so my proposal is as follows.
Aim to assemble at 10am
10.30 - hope we've caught all the late comers and go for a mooch around the museum
depending on how things go around 3 / 4 ish we can have a cake session (RogerRust?) and maybe a prizegiving session?
After that I'm hoping that someone local might come up with a drive-out route and then we can retire to a local hostelry for an ale (those who aren't driving) and a slap up meal.
What does everyone think?

Warwickshire.
Heritage Motor Centre
Banbury Road
Gaydon
Warwickshire
CV35 0BJ
Just had a look, group price (ie 12 or more would be £6 per person entry) so I will ring up and have a chat. I'm hoping we will get more than 12.......
Just spotted this
The Rooftop Tour - Centre history, building layout and all-round views (20 mins)
Max 25 people - would anyone else be interested?

Just 6 miles from us, I'd be happy to suggest a route for a nice drive out.

I'd like to come the 27th - its sort of OK for me.
I see from "whats on" that there is another rally in the area that day.
I'll put it in the diary.
If I can't make it I'll send the banner in my place!
And yes I'll make a cake!

What have you been googling for?
I will give gaydon a buzz today or tomorrow then and try and organise something.

27 April is B/ham branch rally so a few web regulars would be going there.

The sunday after has also been suggested by Dan, which might be a better date then?

I've put a poll on for the two dates to run for 7 days, once it has expired and I know which is best for most I will ring Gaydon and get organised.
