Seats

toying with the idea of chaning my seats, I invested about £30 in new padding, base foam and a rubber thing to replace the straps. What a difference, much better, here's some pictures.

I'd recommend it before going the route of replacement or aftermarket seats. I do about 200 miles a week, so it's got to be comfy.

I thought i'd refurbed my seats,but can't recall webbing straps on backrest frame.
Are they standard or is it me being stupid as usual :roll:

The padding, foam and rubber diaphragm :roll: was bought from ESM

The seat back has (3 I think) of those big rubber straps across it. Mine were stretched and consequently I had no lumbar support at all.

forgot to add, yes, it's a standard seat, a '69 four door.
