I'm organising the Great May Day Treasure Hunt for the North London & Middlesex Branch in connection with the Million Miles Challenge.

It's on 5th May 2008 (Bank Holiday Monday), and takes in places of interest in Essex, through the glorious Essex countryside.

I went on this last year and can confirm that it is great fun and you get to drive through some lovely villages (the fact that it was a lovely warm sunny day helped ).

A highly recommended event, and makes a change from being parked up in a field all day. Hopefully some other board members will come along too.

Hi Vicky I will mention it at the next Herts Branch meeting and have you mentioned it to Essex branch as well.

Yes, I've sent details to Des Brick at the Essex branch - we're hoping for a fantastic turn out (and hopefully better weather than last year!)

I bought my Minor from Braintree... might be a good excuse to pop in on the last owner for a good moan.
