The RAF requires its recruits to own a modern car?
Good luck with your future career though.

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer.

well Tris im in the army and i have a traveller and convertible there is one on my OC(Wing Comander) that has a Tr6 ,we are stationed in Suffolk at RAF Honington and i know of 3 morris minors 2 travellers mine and another and there is a saloon
so there is no need to get a modern car at all the boot space is big enoth for your kit plus more ,if you get posted abroad then either take with you as teh station will have its own mot place to keep on road but the RAF dont have many posting aborad if any at all . So this means that you will be in the UK and the old traveller will do the job ,im shore you will start at Holton But if you are going to the RAF REG then you will be coming to Honigton if you do get intouch ill help ya out
but theer is no need to get rid of the traveller trust me save your pennies on teh road tax keep teh mog
