Click on Profile, enter your signature text in the signature box, then click on Submit. If you want an image in your signature, you'll have to host it elsewhere and put the URL between .

Avatars are disabled on this board.

You've linked to the gallery page rather than the image. Try this:

Code: Select all

Again, that is the address of a gallery web page, not an image. You could also do with shrinking the image down first. Here is one of the thumbnails from the gallery:

Code: Select all

That is the address of a web page, not an image, and the image on the page needs shrinking down before you'll be able use it in a signature. If you're not using Fotopic you'll need to shrink the image in an a separate photo editing program before you upload it to the gallery. To copy the image address to the clipboard so you can paste it into your signature, right-click on it and look for a menu item called something like "copy image address."

Ad Block Pro plugin for firefox is a great thing :-) and its free and it works and means you dont have to look at peoples 'sig' pics at all well only the once till you blockem.
PITA when someone youve blocked posts a pic they need jelp with something on thier car with though :-(
IMHO they shouldn't be allowed - worst still are the flash/shockwave whatever ones you have to get another blocker for those.

I agree with Orkney that the pictures at the bottom of peoples posts can be a PITA especially on a slow dial up connection.

How about a limit on the size ie a thumbnail ?
