I have the photos - I'll upload them tonight. There are quite a few and they're quite big, so it may take a while.

How about a 'members cars' section on the main website?

well i dont know how long it is going to take me to restore as i am in london and car is in wales - and needs all wood changed - got most of it - just need to find interiour wood - needs 2 front wings 2 front doors , welding on sill behind drivers door and off course a respray .

so for those people out there who have restored a trav before is it better to take the whole bk end off or restore one side at a time - metal wise

If the wood needs replacing, then remove the old set and purchase the new one before starting any bodywork rear of the B posts. Protect your new wood (wrap in 2" masking tape and trial fit it to your existing structure. Make sure that the whole assembly is fitted and is square on the back. If you are lucky the new wood will fit correctly, and all location points will fall into place. However from our experience this is unlikely, so you will need to repair and jig your steel work to fit the wood, do not do this the otherway around as a set of timber under stress will soon split its joints. This only applies to the substructure and not the vital chassis legs/spring hangers etc. So in essence use the new timber as your jig and remove steelwork in smalish sections.
