On-line Membership Renewal

So why do I have to go into the 'members only' bit to renew my membership then? I can't remember the username/password so if anyone wants to send me a PM, or feel free to tell me to bog off and I'll try to remember to bring the magazine into work tomorrow.

Sorry to open an oldish thread. I want to renew (am a bit late so received the separate letter
