Just been and checked the tyres and oil, greased my nipples and emptied my boot of junk...its time for a weekend break.

I shall be driving up to somewhere near Peterborough. Honk if you see a rough black 4 door with a union jack on the boot!
Gonna terrorise some numptys on the motorway.

Just like this:

Though I'll be staying on the m25 a little longer and going up the M11, to save getting lost!

(yes I know its not really a long journey before all you JOGLE folk start taking the mickey!)

Mind the top end of the M11 Girton Interchange (M11 J14) as it is usually solid on Friday afternoon/evening

I'll be leaving Portland at 5pm so hopefully most of the larger roads wil be dead by the time I get there. Aiming to arrive at 11pm or thereabouts.

Trouble is I'll be stopping to have my tea on the way (sandwiches) and also to let the dog out as its the first time she'll have been in the car for more than half an hour. Might add yet more time on. :(

Wow! That was fun.
Went up the M11 but came back the whole of the A10 which was far more interesting.
The M11 was fine, just sooo DULL! :(

M25 was stationary on the way home, its a whole new level of ridiculous trying to juggle between 1st and 2nd gear on what's supposed to be a 'motorway'.

Took me 5 hours to get there and 6 to get home, that was with 'doggy dump' stops though.

And 'Hello' to whoever I passed in a bluey traveller on the M3 I think.

Glad to see you made the round trip without event. As for the M25, been a while since I drove on that, even then it was a carpark.

Welcome back :D
