my own fault?

whenever i come on the site, like others, i cant just login, so i go messageboard (which takes me to terms and conditions)and then login via the link to PM's, then i have to go back to messageboard and again, T and C. and everytime i go to messageboard, again, T and C. any explanation or am i being a plank?

To get straight to the messageboard, try putting this link in your favourites (or as a desktop icon):

The link from the main site to the messageboard needs to go via the T&C's to ensure people are aware of them and how to find them.

As for logging in, yes you need to, and yes it's a little frustrating to do it very frequently. There is a way of making it last a bit longer though... when not logged in, navigate via the 'register' link and log in there - this one doesn't log you back out as quickly.
