I think the postcode of the venue should be DE3 0XX not DE3 OXX (Google maps didn't like the latter). I've stuck it on my calendar.
Anyone know what's going to be on the agenda?

Alex
Good question; perhaps the agenda can be posted on this forum.
Who should I ask to do so to get a positive result?

Postcode fixed - I'll have to explain to the OCR program about postcodes.......
As for the Agenda, as the MMOC is a Limited Company, the Agenda is fairly fixed. I'll see of I can find out any more.......

If one has a question that one wishes to be raised at the AGM, then you can do so . Cannot remember the deadline but it must be sent (snail mail or email) well in advance of the meeting, even then its not always guaranteed that it will be heard, especially if several other points need addressing.

Is there anyone in the area whose house I could crash at on the Saturday night if necessary? I'm wondering if I could combine it with a visit to something that's happening in Coventry on the Sunday (not Minor-related).

Only Dale, Matt and Roger?
Anyone know what time the meeting is likely to finish?

I'll be there too, and so I think will Jonathan

The meeting usually has to finish no later than around 16:45 as we have to clear the room by 17:00 so that the hotel can prepare for an evening function.

Well I will be there in my `T` shirt for the Branch meeting, the AGM proper and then the Moderators meeting afterwards I think last year we managed to get finished about 7:30.
Hopefully Lee will be there so he can lighten my wallet

so to speak and so had Jonathon so that I will have more room going home, its a bit like attending a bring and buy sale as well for me

I've decided I'm definitely going. It's going to be a busy weekend for me: visiting friends in Northwich on Saturday morning, over to Derby for the AGM, down to Stratford upon Avon to see a RSC production of Henry V, stay overnight in the Stratford YH, up to Coventry on Sunday for a classic slot machine fair, then home via Steve4063's in Wolverhampton to pick up some bits.
