Overheating

Hello.My moggie is starting to overheat.I have replaced the thermostat,but it still overheats.Should I give the system a good flush out and back flush the radiator ?

Also check for oil scum in the radiator water and or water contamination of the oil (Mayo sludge on dipstick), if present head gasket leaking or cracked head/block. Also timing (too far retarded causes overheating).
Brakes binding.

Any loss of coolant? Bypass hose is coomon problem.

We need to know a bit more about your 'overheating' - ie when does it happen etc, is it leaking water? Could just be a very loose fan belt!
