I have a beautiful 1963 strawberry white saloon that needs <b>body/interior restoration</b> to bring it back to its former glory. It was partially restored (mechanical, chassis, back wings) some 10 years ago by Dick & Geoffrey Crew, Newport, South Wales, but I would dearly love to get rest of the car restored. Unfortunately I have neither the time nor the skill to do it myself, and so am wondering who to turn to in order to get the car restored. The car is very dear to my heart and I would hate to see it go, but it has been languishing in a garage for the last three years because I would like to restore it rather than sell it but just don't have the time.

Obviously there are the big names like Charlie Ware and Minor Miracles, but I would like your <b>unbiased, thought-provoking and honest</b> opinions of who I should send the car to.

- What are people's experiences of the big firms?
- Is there anything to choose between them?
- Is it better to send the car to a small specialist, and if so, who?
- What questions should I be asking when seeking quotations?
- Are there any things to watch out for or avoid?
- How do I know quality in a restorer when I see it?
