pick up door cards

just a quick question, what door card fits 1969 pick up door ?

2/4 door ?
traveller ?

yep 4 door but for a pick up they shopuld be plain hardboard stuff with the wee studs showing through.

Indeed - could be black or brown too, I think, but I don't know which models had what. Most of them seem to be the brown.

mainly early pick ups, and austin had brown cards, later vans tend to have black, and most later pick ups brown

Well guys early LCVs had a dark (reddy brown) seats and door cards, later had a lighter brown and all late LCVs were black. forgot to say early stuff was also black, generally mix between van and pick-up

Odd then that 4 0f the 6 I've owned ('67 - '72) have all had the brown cards - which, btw, is NOT me saying "I don't believe you", just a curious fact. Don't know about the other 2 - 1 had saloon cards, and the other has them covered in vinyl, and I've not looked under it :D

bigginger............the photo on your blog dated 01/10/2007 has a black LCV seat on the drivers side and a saloon black seat on the passenger. whatever the black seat was from would have had black door cards as well...................hope this helps

Thing is though, I can't for the life of me remember where on earth I got that seat - but I wish I had another :D That one came with 2 blue saloon seats
