When the panels come back from the spray shop what the order of re-assembly?
Guttering, should this be painted before or after attaching to the roof/sides?
Presumably it doesn't make any difference whether the doors are put on first or the wooden sides?
I look forward to having your advice[/i]

Guttering should be fitted before painting as it has to be fixed with tacks (ie hit with a hammer) and then folder over to cover the tacks. Obviously if it was painted first then the paint would suffer during fitting.
Fit the doors before the front wings. This is so that you can get the best door alignment on the roof and B-post and then adjust the wing to get the correct gap at the front of the door.
The side panels can go on at any time, they just screw to the wood.

The aluminium side panels have to be fixed to the wood before the wood is attached to the body shell because not all the screws are accessible otherwise (I figured this out the hard way).simmitc wrote:The side panels can go on at any time, they just screw to the wood.

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer.
