i have the 4 hoops for the pick up ok, ive noticed 1 has a small screw attached half way up on both the veritcle sides & looks like mayby a strap has been fitted at some time ???????????
can anyone tell me -

- what fits here
- what position that hoop takes on the pick up

Yes ,that hoop would have originally had a strap 15 inches long fitted either side for stowing the other hoops away.It fits behind the cab.

and you also need the stowage brackets which are like hens teeth
this bracket was fitted to the top of the moulding at the cab bak
the first hoop with the strap was placed in this and stayed there

not off hand as i sold my last pair of them on ebay
if you haqve the bmc lcv parts list they are in there
