Following on from a discussion with Peetee Earlier (I think it was after trying to syphon parrafin from his fuel tank

) I was wondering who here keeps unusual animals - and relatives don't count!
Myself, I only have a goldfish. However, my girlfriend (and therefore by proxy me) has no less than 5 leopard geckos.....
and wants a crested gecko and a bearded dragon
c'mon tell us what you got

I live with:
*5-tarantulas of varying species.
*4-cats,2 ginger and white shorthaired brothers, 1 black one with extra toes, and an Impian cat with extra toes AND curled ears.
*2-box turtles
*The 7 dwarves-my collection of dogs 6 Griffon Brucellois and one Petite Brabancon (also affectionatly referred to as the Lap Rats)
It`s really no fun unless you feel the compulsion to add...and a partridge in a pear tree...after you name off the list!

Thats Dexy, A Mack Snow - about 4 weeks old

Marley, the Newest addition, about 6 weeks old. Again, A tremper albino and a moody little sod.

I'm inadequate slave to many guinea pigs (sadly one less after Friday, really not a good day and very upsetting) and three degus.
I reckon the stinky degus must be counted as rare, as barely anyone I speak to has ever heard of them!
The oldest one is looking like his teeth are playing up again, and I'm dreading him needing another dental operation as he's starting to show his age

We have the obligatory goldfish, rabbit and 2 cats, but we also have a very stupid (and highly amusing) Congo African Grey parrot, 2 Aylesbury ducks in the back garden and a Giant African Land Snail.

(((((((((((((((((((packedUp))))))))))))))))
so sorry to hear that, mate.
K-M, we must have photos of your menagerie!!
Dan, Marley really looks a moody so and so in the pic.
Griff's leeches (Thelma and Louise) died. Very sad. We are left with two cats, one of which thinks it is a dog.

Down to only one cat now, but I find that gardening is a lot safer

To continue the "Moggy" theme, I have two cats, not unusual except one of them is a Siamese, which is fairly unusual among pet cats. Not having a pedigree as such, pure Siamese but effectively a rescue cat.

Just three cats - I used to keep a lovely marine fish tank, filled with three hermit crabs, a picasso trigger fish, a cowfish, a sharpnose puffer and a yellow tang. But it got very expensive. Also, it's very weird trying to tell people you have crabs!

One guinea pig and several semi-tame frogs (not trained enough to do tricks yet but happy to sit on your hand). Somewhere out there are hedgehogs too but I've yet to see them. Shame really cos I think they are really cute - fleas or no fleas.

Nothing unusual here i'm afraid - 2 dogs, one Lab/Collie X (6 years old) and one Pedigree Choc Lab (3 years - but thinks she is 3 months)!!
Both love the traveller shed in the back garden and sit in the back guarding their outside space!
Hmmm.... Traveller Kennel... now where is that roof felt....

I would LOVE to share pictures of the ZOO, but I don`t know how.

I have some cute ones of the dogs and all of the cats except Target the old black one. I haven`t tried the turtles or spiders yet tho. Can anyone help me out?
