I don't suppose anyone has heard anything from Mal recently have they? He hasn't posted for a while and didn't reply to a PM I sent him last week...

I've also PM'ed Lynda as they'd got together a couple of times at rallies. I can't get on his villagephoto's either, it just tells me user not found

I've been doing my super sleuthing this week while I was off work and have managed to get some info. Thanks to Lynda I learned he is also a member of Ripon Old Car Club and have contacted the club contact and he saw Mal at a show 3 weeks ago, although he hasn't been well recently hence the no posts.

I managed to speak to Mal today, and he explained that he had unfortunately been in hospital due to ill health. He is now back at home, and hopes to be returning to the forum soon.
I am sure you will all join with me in wishing him a speedy recovery.

I have just managed to get on the computer and trying to catch up on things, thanks for your phone call today, it really cheered me up
and thanks to those who have pm'd me, and by reading this post, thanks to all who have been concerned
I'm afraid it's my 'mispent youth' catching up to me
... mind, I have no regrets
Bit tired now so back to bed
hope to be on tomorrow
