Indicator and orange light pulsing UPDATE

[size=12Ok I finally traced the fault it was not the voltage stabiliser as last I thought. I replaced the original one with a 59p solid-state new one and this also started to flicker. I went back to the beginning and traced all the white and green wires too and from the fuse box as per Haynes manual and discovered; the last owner had both a green and white wire feeding the fuel pump.
I also noticed the windscreen wiper motor had a new red wire feed so I removed this along with the green wire feed that went to the fuel pump and All was “OK “.
That explains why I was getting a permanent live feed without a fuse. RESULT.
Once again thanks for everyone’s help and suggestions. I have written this result so It might help someone else in the future.
