Spanner size on back of Master cylinder

Anyone know the spanner size for the bit you remove to fit a remote bottle for the fluid?

Is it the same size as for the replacement part with the spiggot on as logic would suggest?

same as the steering wheel nut... 33mm socket works well (but it's not metric)
