Morris Minor Owners Club

Hi,

I´m new here. I live in Germany and have baught my first Minor last Saturday. It is a 1961 2 door.

The rear axle is leaking some oil into the brakedrum. I would like to fix that sonn. Does anybody know if the seals from a 1275 Midget fit the Minor?

We don´t have many Minorparts Dealers here in GErmany and I have a set of spare seals for my Midget which I could build in then soon.

No, they don't fit. I tried it once and it'll go into the hub just fine but the centre's too small for the minor axle. (That was 1275 Midget oil seal and 1969 Minor)
You should be able to order the correct ones from a UK supplier (Bull Motif, ESM etc.) though.
