where can i order/how do i repair the side window catch on the traveller? it looks as if the 2 pins that hold the handle to the triangled window have just worn out or are about to wear out. i like driving with the little window open just to get some air flowing in this Florida heat but am afraid i may break the catch if i do.

i know by checking the local parts places here they will be in a dismay if i tried to explain i to them.

The quarterlight catch pins do sometimes come up on ebay but not very often, and I dont think the spares places do them.

There is a non-standard quarterlight clip shown on the ESM site. Otherwise i think you may have to buy complete second-hand quaterlight.

But they are held in place by the pins which go through the latches unless your latch has a piece broken off, the latches cant really be replaced/repaired without new pins.

Try these! Easy to fit and work perfectly well.

I think the Mr Grumpy ones ESM sell are supposed to be more secure than the originals too.

Mine is a bit worn too. I close the window by winding down the main window and pushing the quaterlight shut from outside the catch just drops down. Doesn't fix the problem, but to my mind may prolong the life of the catch. :)
