front suspension bushes

hi
l'm going to replace my front suspension bushes next week, is this a straight forward job or do i need to press any of them in,
also, are the poly bushes better or am i better sticking to the rubber
any advise would be aprieciated

No need for a press, but the old bushes may need a bit of persuasion to remove. I'd go for good quality poly bushes, again ask around the specialists for the best bushes. Always use the white grease supplied in the better kits. The rubber ones are fine to use, but the poly ones offer better life span and performance.l :wink:

If the old ones are stuck - FIRE will soon move them. Poly are much firmer and longer lasting!

poly gets my vote- if not for imprved handling then definetely for durability

Comparing my old rubber bushes to my new rubber bushes was enough to convince me they'd make a heck of a difference.

Its amazing how worn things like this can get and still 'work'.

I've not tried polys myself, the idea of really hard bushes puts me off - I dont want to feel every single bump coming through the body. :lol:

Agreed poly bushes and white grease is the way to go.
