spray gun set up for celly

hi all i was just wondering what gun set up you would use for spraying celly. I see all the convo's about gun types but what about gun set up??do you use a no 30 no 43 or no 86 air cap for a jga ? oh and inner nozzle and needle do you use a 1pack set up or a 2pk set up. many thanks
