hello people, i will more than likely be changing my gearbox to a 948, converting it so that it retains the long stick. this is not my gripe though...as it stands the gearstick rattles and a huge amount(and very loudly), although i am converting the gearbox, i cant help but feel that it will still rattle. i was wondering if anyone could tell me of a part that my 'box might be missing that stops this rattle please. i saw on esm 2 things that intrigued me, 1)
an anti rattle brass plunger for the gearstick, 2)a rubber "o" ring that fits to the bottom of the gear lever...
advice would be hugely appreciated!

gear lever
The workshop manual does not show either an anti rattle plunger or the rubber O ring which is present on the 1098 levers.
