Head gasket has blown between 2/3. As I have a 12G940 head on a 1100 block what gasket should I go for?

You should go for the gasket that represents the bigger of the two bores. In your case it is the head; ie a 1275 gasket. Failure to do this will result in a blown gasket as it can lift away from the block.
