How about 29/30 Sept or 6/7 October.

I can arrange local camping over the weekend, a clay pigeon shoot, air rifle taget shooting and boating on the river. A nice senic drive - perhaps a treasure hunt.

Location North Bedfordshire 30 minutes from M1 junc 13 or A1 at Sandy

Feel free. I sure I’m not the only one willing to volunteer to organise it. I’m quite happy to travel west if that’s where we want to go.

Any takers?

There is a marked lack of volunteers to organise these website rallies hence me organising the last one at very short notice as well as working several 75 hour weeks beforehand and since. Instead of just suggesting areas have a look at whats in your local area such as I did and Roger is doing. If I managed to organise the insurance and liase with Coventry Transport Museum in amongst working 15 hour days then at least 2 or 3 people can come up with something local to them. I'd happily travel to a website rally a distance away. So have a look locally and see what we'd all enjoy.

Sounds good - a bit far for my 803 but I would go in modern power.

How far is it to Sussex - what is the county town?

Hi Roger,
October would suit me better - it leaves a bit more time to get the pick up back on the road (MOT runs out end of August).

AUpickup - a south sounds good to me. What time of year were you thinking of?

Dennis, sounds like a great day even weekend if you can find camping.

Roger (Mango) your welcome to park at mine and squeeze in the 4 door ;)

Look at the the mileage to Brighton. It is on the south coast. Anywhere else in Sussex is closer.
What about a rally at South Mimms services?
