Pic wanted of "stretched" van with cab from 2 door

Anyone give me a link to a photo of what a van with stretched chassis and cab made from a 2 door saloon/ Traveller looks like ?
Leg problem means a 4 door saloon / normal van is difficult for me to get in and just not suitable. :(

Thanks.

Just get a Traveller - and if you must - panel over the windows to make it a van !

That isn't what I asked.

I know people have build vans with larger cabs so just wanted to see what they looked like.

I know it's not what you asked - but it is a practical and simple solution to your problem ! The alternative sounds like lots of work (and expense).

There was a pic of a crewcab, pickup I think, in minor matters a little while ago.

If I remember correctly, it was the back of the cab that was stretched; the driver's door was still the standard one and therefore not the longer Traveller one for which Paul is looking.

The van you're looking for a pic of is Andrew Salaman's red 'Mercy Ships' motor, which has had exactly the conversion you describe. I do have some pics of it on my site, but having had a look there's nothing that specifically marks out the area you're after. I'll have a look through my pic archive and see if I can find anything better, but in the meantime if any posters here know the van they might have pics to suit?

From what I remember, there were plenty of pics from it at the Bristol webrally last year - sadly I don't have any as I managed to kill my PC with a virus (on the same day I was planning to make a back up )

you could try Pyoor_Kate or Cam - they tend to take good pics.
