Well it was a good show with quite a few Moggies amongst the 1,000+ cars + bikes, scooters coaches, commercials etc and a reasonable autojumble and the weather was very good to make it an excellent day :D
I only spotted one familiar car a splitscreen convertible with alta head & supercharger but I didnt see Keith himself 8)

I once went to a car show at Luton Hoo but this was the first time I had been to Stockwood Park. And I was only able to go for about an hour and a half in the end but parked up my dark green Triumph Stag and went off to crawl around the nether regions of any Minor I could find. Why? I'm shaping a patch for the front wheel arch of my 1967 2 door and will soon be starting on the spring hangers. It was great to see so many well cared for examples and so much better to look at the real thing rtaher than photos. I'll definitely be going again - just as I was leaving I noticed some secondhand Whitworth spanners which I would have bought (except my wife had since bought some ice cream and a couple of plants so I was penniless!)

No, was very last minute post-lunch decision to go so had to cough up £6 for the two of us....still pretty good value though and being in Luton it was great to see so many Vauxhalls too - like a VX wth the same gold dralon sumptious armchairs that were in my dad's. Now I wonder if they would fit in the minor?
