I have a new brake like kit bit it is not labelled for location. My car is missing the two lines running away from the master cylinder. Which is the longer of the two?

So whatever you have left over will be the saloon equivalent of this pipe which I think is part no. CBS104. I haven't physically measured these, the pipes are still nicely coiled but all info comes from the stickers on the pipes and the diagram that came with them. I think you can tie up part no's and descriptions with the ESM site apart from CBS146 (van pipe) which is listed differently for some reason.
Pipe No. Part No. Length (inches) Description
1 ---------CBS107-----12-------------FNS cylinder bridge
2 ---------CBS103-----46-------------FNS flexible hose to 4 way union
3 ---------CBS107-----12-------------FOS cylinder bridge
4 ---------CBS102-----22-------------FOS flexible hose to 4 way union
5 ---------CBS101-----49-------------M/C front to front 4 way union
6 ---------CBS146-----59-------------M/C rear to rear flexible hose
7 ---------CBS102-----22-------------ROS cyclinder to 3 way union
8 ---------CBS106-----29-------------RNS cylinder to 3 way union
If you are really worried about getting the lengths correct before you start then maybe cut some equvalent lengths of string for measuring up purposes.
Hope the above helps, I know I'd be lost without the labels although I am keeping an eye out on ebay for a decent flaring tool so that I can make my own pipes.
