Sills

Post by youngun »

Hi there, as suggested by the name im rather new to all this. Indeed i come from the world of vintage motorcycles! But, i will be looking to get a moggy soon, i already have one lined up. And i would like to know the best way to tackle rotten sills and spring hanger, incase the mog i find is in need of repair. Im pretty handy with a mig welder, and im not shy of getting my hands dirty!
Whats the best way to go about it?

thanks!

Aye, cheers!
Ultimate rust cure for your moggy....paint it brown, at least that way you dont notice the rust as much!!
