Does anyone have any tips as to how/where to get wheels that look like Minor (e.g. similar to a LP917 rim) but fit a Ford/Peugeot PCD hub?

I've often wondered what the Ford/Pug steel wheels look like without the daft plastic trims. Might be worth a shot....

Try Peugeot 307 or 405 steels although the will be 15"'x6". You can fit the studs from a series 11 Minor to fit a hubcap too. Remember though that the Peugeot centers are slightly larger than Ford and you might need to machine a shim.

I've seen Peugeot steels on a Minor (with Ford rear axle and front disc brakes).
They looked neat and get my vote.

The current Peugeot wheels aren't to my taste.

I was wondering if anyone had found wheels that looked more like Minor wheels.

Erm 205Gti alloys on mine as per the pic below , tapped for 3 bolts, painted black and there you go. Bit marginal widthwise on the front though.

Early Citroen BX's have a 14" solid steel, which I reckon can be fitted with clips or studs to take a Minor hubcap
