Minor Barbecue!

Post by LouiseM »

Hmmm, not sure this would make my neighbours "jalouse" :o :o Do you think it's a 998 or 1098 grill?

C reg - it 'should' be 1098. However it seems more like a 0cc barbeque as I can't see where they put the charcoal...

Unless I'm being dumb, right, that's a BBQ with a bonnet. Isn't the smoke going to be somewhat directed into the face of say, the person trying to retrieve items from said BBQ?

And the corners of the bonnet will take a chunk out of your scalp every time you bend over it to turn the bangers ;)

Custom Class - These are cars that may have changed in both appearance and mechanical specification using the owner's imagination and desired mechanical parts. They may incorporate extensive structural changes to maintain the integrity of the body shell and/or incorporate new running gear to achieve the desired appearance. The finished car should not have changed so much that it wouldn't be legally viable as either an Historic Vehicle or a Morris Minor.
it almost complies with the rules to make it a "custom" minor.... :D

Apart from "structural changes to maintain the integrity of the body shell" part :P and it needs a current MOT too :P

I did wonder about the sunvisor!! I almost considered asking them if they would sell seperately, but didn't want to give the game away that it's worth 10 times more than the dead 1/2 minor shell.

Do you think they turned the back end into a trailer?

how about raffling the sun visor?
Sell raffle tickets to cover the cost of the 'BBQ'.... hmm there's a plan.

I'll start at a £5er - if we get enough ££'s I'll even offer to store it (until the rally)
