I was out yesterday driving around, passed 8 other classic car users....wonderful to see. What a difference to meet other courteous drivers enjoying their day out with their cars....everyone of them a head turner....and for all you old ex CB users...the seat covers were nice too Can't believe I really said that
lol.. They all come out for summer. Like fair-weather bikers!
Lost count of the amount of pristine midgets I've seen recently.
Still, as soon as winter comes they'll all be locked away again and the poor Minor wil be on his own in a sea of corsas.
Are they the Corsas that (according to the BBC) burst into flames because their anti-lock brakes got a little damp? Give me a Minor and let me do the cadence braking !
Mate's wifes one burst into flames in his drive and nearly set fire to his house - vauxhall said it wasn't a known problem - they lied. Mate is a traffic officer and researched it all and sent info to VOSA.
I think it is 'global warming' that is bringing the classics out - must be a good thing then.
