Hello, I have been considering the purchase of a classic car for some time now and a friend has recently told me of a Morris Minor a relative of hers has for sale. I haven't seen it yet - just photos - but its described as "show condition". Its a dove grey 1964 four dour saloon with red/white interior. As yet I have little info on its history and restoration.
I'm overseas at the moment and plan to see the car on my return. I know this might be a big subject but what advice can you give me for when I look at it and is there anyone in the West Wales area (nr. Carmarthen) who might be able to offer a first hand opinion? Also, what price should I be prepared to pay if it is indeed an excellent example? Many thanks for any assistance and advice offered.

hi there, the best advice really is to try to find someone in that location who knows a bit about mm's and get them to go with you.
try your local MMOC branch,
