I would like to know what offset I should look for, the setup is Marina front and marina diff/axle.
PCD is 4 x 3.75"
Thanks

I wasnt saying you should look for a specific offset, just that maestro/montego ones might be too much and they would rub

I know, but surely there must be some sort of figure to look out for?
I do know the MGF will probably have a FWD setup, as it is mid engined.

Err... I would have thought that having the engine behind the seats the MGF would be RWD

It is. But it use a setup very similar to a front wheel drive car.
Like a front subframe mounted behind the rear seat, and the steering locked up... I know some kit cars work like this, and I would assume that MG-Rover used as much parts out of the parts bin as possible to cut down on costs.

MGF wheels are used on mgfs and mgtfs afaik nothing in the rover range at the time used the same PCD

Ok, GAS has just told me that they are almost a straight swap, just need a 5mm spacer to clear at the front

And I don't know when the MGF was developed, that might have been in Meastro Montego era, which have K-series fitted (?)

I think the M & M have all sorts fitted, I know that had A, O and E series fitted but dont know about K

Maestro and Montego never had K series.
The MGF is more Rover Metro based, and has the Rover Metro PCD (and engine, sort of!).

MGFs and Rovers don't have the same pitch.
I thought i could use the space save spare form a rover in the back of my traveller ,but no..
