Front wing fit.

Post by RogerRust »

Onne and I struggled to get a good fit with the front wings yesterday.
I'm sure you know how it is you wake up the next day and all is clear!

When I got the wings the plate at the bottom of the wing bellow the door hinges was bent on both wings and I remember carefully straightening them. Well when I bent them again ( see picture) they sort of hook over the bottom of the sill at the join with the inner wing and hey presto the wings fit!!!!!!!!!

It is the area I have painted with pink primer in these pics.

Now I am expecting several "I knew that" or "you always have to do that" posts. :-?
