Fibreglass tops on pick-up's

The bulkhead behind the seats is the cab back, not part of the bed. Remove it and you're left with what the van has, ie no enclosed cab.

I'd *guess* around £300 - £500, but could be wrong

yes i would think considering it will want usual welding
thinking of the worst condition up to £500.00
thou a gen pick up on ebay without mot and needed a lot of welding etc fetched £2000.00

Why not take someone from your local branch with you when you go and see it? If it's the Potteries then there is a lot of LVC experience there

Hello Paul
The fibreglass hard top is non standard and should be very cheap!! These are never built by the factory and it depends when it was fitted as to what condition it will be in. Oftern GRP cracks and glazes.
So realistically, if ihe has advertised it he must have some price in mind and push him for that. If not forthcoming offer £50 and see teh reaction? Were you expecting more? If so how much, everyone has a price! But the GRP top should not come into the bargaining unless the pick-up sides are good as they are rare and you may end up with a GRP top with nowt to put it on
